• You have specifically asked us to share it with another medical professional

Your data is stored securely in encrypted Electronic Health Record (EHR) software with:

• Encrypted file storage
• Password-protected access
• Access limited to authorized staff only

We also follow strict privacy procedures at our physical location.

6. Data Retention

We retain medical records and personal information in accordance with Dutch law, typically for at least 15 years after your last treatment, or longer if medically necessary.

7. Website, Cookies & Online Forms

Our website uses Google Analytics to analyze anonymous visitor traffic. We do not use tracking cookies or marketing cookies.

Patients may complete online forms (e.g., contact or intake forms). These are securely transmitted and stored in our system.

8. Your Rights

As a patient, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of incorrect or outdated data
• Request (partial) deletion of your data when legally permitted
• Restrict or object to data processing
• Opt out of newsletters and surveys
